The Sinhalese Cultural Centre hosts the “Get Online Week” event on 20th October 2024 at the Sinhalese Cultural Centre, to promote the Digital Literacy for Seniors programs and provide an opportunity for networking and socialising among the members of the community.

The Sinhalese Cultural Centre is a Network Partner of the Australian Government program “Be Connected” to build the confidence, digital skills and online safety of senior Australians. In the last two years, the SCC hosted number of Digital Literacy for Seniors sessions and were  greatly successful. The participants gave excellent feedback and encouraged others to join and get the benefit of this Australian Government sponsored program.
