Sinhalese Cultural Centre Property Acquisition Fundraiser

The Sinhalese Cultural Centre (SCC) is currently in the process acquiring a property in Seven Hills to establish the Sinhalese Cultural Centre. This is a great news for our Sri Lankan/Sinhalese community in Sydney, NSW as it forms a Community Hub bringing many benefits to our generation and many future generations to come. This also forms a significant icon for all Sri Lankan/Sinhalese living everywhere in the world!

The property settlement is scheduled to occur on 16th October 2020.

This fundraiser is targeting to pay-off the principal of the property loan, so that we can embark on the long term development program.

We all know that the community supported us to come this far by supporting our fundraising activities and donations including JanaShakthi Contributions and General Donations. So many of you have already contributed. Many more have expressed the intention to contribute.

Our community contributed generously to raise in excess of $64K to successfully complete the property acquisition. This is a great outcome and the Sinhalese Cultural Centre appreciate all of you contributed to this valuable cause. We have now moved to the next phase of our fundraising program – to pay-off the property loan in the earliest possible time with your support!
